At Cabanas Los Colibris, my friends and I discovered a true oasis nestled within lush gardens just a short drive from El Valle and the coast. The charming atmosphere, curated meticulously by the friendly owners, Magali and Nicolas, made our three-week stay unforgettable. Each morning, we indulged in the best breakfast we had in Panama, complete with fresh tropical fruit and the most delightful juice-perfect fuel for the day's adventures. The cabanas, while simple, were colorful and comfortable, featuring air-conditioning and a spacious walk-in shower that added a touch of luxury to our getaway. The natural swimming pool was a lovely addition, albeit we didn't find time for a dip amidst our exploration of the scenic surroundings. If you're venturing out for meals, I highly recommend the local gem Ke-Ceviche for a taste of authentic Panamanian flavors. Cabanas Los Colibris is perfect for those traveling in groups, as we enjoyed sharing our cabana divided into individual units, enhancing the experience of camaraderie during our stay. Between the laid-back vibe, the stunning garden, and the warm hospitality, this peaceful retreat is a must-visit when exploring Panama!
